The DIGITALSTEEZ products consist of DIGITAL products (Graphics) which are later transposed into physical sticker/sticker type PRODUCTS (Monomeric/polymeric laminated, printable or non-printable sticker), depending on the product’s destination and customer’s preferences.The sticker type products are divided into 2 categories, the “GENERIC” category and the “ALTERNATIVE” category. The Generic category covers general purpose advertising print applications, either indoor or outdoor, including protective self-adhesive stickers. Alternative category covers powersports applications such as : Motocross, ATV/UTV, Snowmobile, Skijet, Boats, etc.In particular, the products in the “ALTERNATIVE” category have more special characteristics (High thickness and flexibility, ultra strong adhesive) which makes them more difficult to install and handle, requiring a special technique. This technique is shared by us with all our customers and is summarized in the Detailed Installation section of this platform.ALTERNATIVE products benefit from specific templates (template type) which requires that, when ordering, the customer must know very well the type of application: manufacturer, model, year of manufacture and any special features (e.g aftermarket products, non-factory). Subsequently, the customer is obliged to share this information with us to ensure that he receives the desired product. This can be done through digital methods (Website: wraps.digitalsteez.eu, during checkout, e-mail – orders@digitalsteez.eu, social media and other ways).

For reasons of technical limitation, there will be differences between the content and alignment of the graphics in the digital model and the graphics applied on the sticker due to the following possible causes:-Non-uniform surfaces, stretching on several axial planes -The customer’s color palette when viewing the digital model on the personal monitor.All product images shown on the website are indicative and are customized on request according to the order made by the customer , which is why they are exempted from the right of return/withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 of OUG 34/2014 regarding distance contracts and off-premises contracts .Some Logos such as KTM, HUSQVARNA, REDBULL or MONSTER ENERGY may not be uploaded on the website for licensing reasons.
RECEPTION AND INSTALLATION
The customer has the duty to receive and inspect the product and confirm that it corresponds to the discussed or digital model.The customer confirms that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the technical and method of installation of the sticker, after browsing the digital materials (Video and / or Photo), by signing the digital form, before the order date or at the latest 2 weeks after receipt of the order.The installation is recommended to be done in a bright and sterile environment, with low humidity, temperature above 15 degrees.
In the case of ALTERNATIV products, the installation requires the use of a knife, a scraper with textile material (pasla) for stretching the material.Mounting by DIGITALSTEEZ Mounting by DIGITALSTEEZ does not include cleaning of mud, degreasing of excess grease and oils, mounting of screws. It also does not guarantee the ideal appearance of the sticker in the presence of other fasteners (“mice”) cutouts and adjustments imposed by the presence of screws, rivets and other objects on the surface of the factory plastic.
GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product, before installing the product, in case you notice a problem.Otherwise, if you have already installed the product, it will be subject to the generic conditions defined by the guarantee that the product will retain its color intensity and adhesive strength for the period subsequently mentioned.If you cancel the order when the design has already been started, a 25% will be withheld as design fee.The delivered products will be accompanied by a warranty certificate with serial and number.ALL PRODUCTS HAVE 2 MONTHS GENERAL WARRANTY FOR A TERM OF 2 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE FROM US OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, only in case of manufacturing or installation defects only if the installation is carried out by our specialists. As riders, we know that our products are subjected to pretty severe weather and stress conditions. We test all of our products in real-world applications, with hot feedback from our test riders, to ensure that they are produced to the highest standards. If you are experiencing a problem with one of our products, we want to know about it.In the case of both “GENERIC” and “ALTERNATIVE” products, on rare occasions the sticker may peel off in very tight angled places, shortly after installation, in which situation we want to remove this inconvenience as a matter of urgency, to repair the peeled surfaces. There are even more exceptional situations in which the sticker may peel off when there are very poorly adhering surfaces, so we cannot take responsibility for the installation. Moreover, there are surfaces and bodywork elements that cannot be covered with the sticker. If, within a maximum of 2 months after delivery, a quality defect is reassembled, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery, if this assumption is inconsistent with the nature of the object of purchase or the nature of the defect. If the material defect appears after 2 months, the customer must prove the existence of this defect at the time of receipt.For minor defects, described below, the customer has no warranty right In the situations described below, the product is not covered by the Warranty nor by the Refund.-The sticker has been damaged due to physical/mechanical/chemical aggression.-The sticker has not been installed by a DIGITALSTEEZ agent or an authorized dealer or the method of installation by the customer could not be proved.-The sticker has not been left 24h after application to adhere at a temperature of +18C (The sticker works in the first 24 hours and the adhesive still adheres.).-The sticker has not been stored in optimal weather and temperature conditions, until the time of installation. (dry place at a temperature of +18C)-Disagreements about the design, after signing the Agreement or accepting the proof.-Customer did not provide the correct data of the application (Type, Manufacturer, Model, Year, particularities)-Minor defectsIt is considered a successful inscription if from 3m distance the joints and defects are not visible and the images have continuity.If DIGITALSTEEZ delivers a defect-free product for the purpose of replacing a defective product, DIGITALSTEEZ may ask the customer to return the defective item. If you need to make a reprint, which is not under warranty, on one or more of the parts in the set, we can do it with a special quotation and delivery time.The delivery time can take between 2 working days (URGENT, with urgency fee) or 14 working days (STANDARD, without urgency fee, only paying the counter-value of the parts)
DELIVERY AND RETURN
The delivery is made with the courier company FanCurier, their costs are fixed 30lei transportation within their radius of action and in areas with extra kilometers is charged a fee of 35 lei per parcel, which are fully borne by the customer. Since the graphics are largely customized, we do not have a stable stock of products. The graphics are produced once the order is finalized.The printing term is 2-3 days from the finalization of the design and the order.Ordering products online involves adding them to the shopping cart and then going through the steps to place the order.The ordered products are delivered anywhere in Romania, the parcel reaching its destination in 24 – 48 hours, depending on the location and the courier service chosen at the time of order. Delivery strictly refers to working days.The sending of the order will be confirmed by e-mail, and afterwards the customer will receive an AWB number in order to be able to follow the delivery process.If DIGITALSTEEZ sent a product that has a different graphic than the one confirmed by the customer or if the graphics sent have manufacturing defects, they will be replaced free of charge, only once they have been sent back in the same condition, unused. RETURN INSTRUCTIONSPlease follow the procedure below:1.Request a return form via e-mail to suport@wraps.digitalsteez.eu2.Completațireturn form and send it by e-mail, along with supporting photos.3.We will verify if your request falls under warranty or refund.4.Put the sticker in the original package and send it to (The package must be received by us within 14 days of the Refund issue date).5.If you qualify for a refund, your money will be transferred back to your bank account or by a mutually agreed method. If you have qualified for warranty only, you will receive the missing/defective components.NOTE: We will not bear the shipping cost! Please, do not return products to the company or Authorized Dealer’s premises. These locations are not set up for such activity.
