Please note that our process depends very much on the level of customization of your chosen product.
We do not produce custom sets in advance nor do we keep stock of printed graphics so we can consider that we cover a spectrum of products from semi-custom to full custom.
We present you our ideal process, which takes place in an exclusive full-season period throughout the year.
Delivery delays may occur depending on the location, date as well as the provision of delivery services not controlled by DIGITALSTEEZ.
Our semi-custom designs, or so called catalog designs, can already be customized from the website with: colors, logos, text, etc.
Normally, even if you launch a product already customized in our CUSTOMIZER, we will send you a PROOF with the graphics unfolded, as well as the final arrangement of extra elements such as logos.
This process takes 3-7 days from the launch of the order in our system.
For full custom designs, depending on the level of complexity and the decided or undecided approach to the desired concept, this process can take more than 7 days.
Depending on the speed of communication with you and the level of customization, this process may take even less time
SEMI-CUSTOM graphics and FULL CUSTOM graphics: 2-3 days after the approval of the PROOF, to make the final fine adjustments.
*Exception are CHROM and HOLOGRAPHIC products where production can take from 5 to 6 working days.
Custom shirts: 5-14 working days after PROOF approval
Customized caps: 3-10 working days after PROOF approval
Custom covers: 8-15 working days from PROOF approval
The delivery will be made by FANCURIER/SAMEDAY/DPD/etc. Delivery costs will depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Non-sticker type products will be delivered separately from sticker type products
REPRINT
If you need a reprint on one or more of the pieces in the set, we can do it with a special quotation and delivery time.
The delivery time can take between 2 working days (URGENT, with urgency fee) or 14 working days (STANDARD, without urgency fee, only by paying the counter-value of the respective parts)
DIGITALSTEEZ is not responsible for any handling, import or other charges resulting from the import process in your country. Please consult your local customs agency for details of possible duties or taxes on your order. DIGITALSTEEZ is not responsible in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of customs duties, handling fees, duties or taxes.
