Returning products
Please note that we only accept returns for defective products that are the result of our error. If you received an incorrect or defective item, you may return new, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. We will also pay the return costs if the return is the result of our error. To expedite the process, please reply directly to the order confirmation email, describing the problem and attach photos that clearly show the defective or incorrect product. Upon receipt of the product, please ensure that the material is free from defects and that the fitting is as ordered. Once you have started to install or use our product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange the product.
Please double check the order page and shopping cart before placing your order as it will be printed with the color options, logos, numbers and orthographic text elements you have specified. Once the order is printed, no further changes can be made beyond those agreed in the last PROOF sent to us.
Please verify your address as we will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if they are lost for incorrect addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct information, no exceptions. Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by DIGITALSTEEZ.
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if it hasn’t been processed yet (proof has not been sent) by writing us an e-mail within 24 hours of the order date.
If you cancel your order after the design process has started, but after the first proof has been sent, a 25% design fee will be retained.
There will be an additional charge of 100 RON for a new design from the catalog if you decide to completely change the one that has already been made. DIGITALSTEEZ works hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase every time you shop with us!
